Over 50 projects with over 23 various third-party owners (exclusive of ourselves) encompassing over 5.0 million square feet of property represents the penetration of leasing services provided by Crossley, Jernigan & Ellison.  We interface extensively with tenant prospects, the real estate brokerage community, digital and social media, municipal and utility company economic and development directors, local chambers of commerce, market information providers on a local and national basis, the National Association of Office and Industrial Parks (“NAIOP”) and Urban Land Institute (“ULI”) to make known our real estate projects to the largest number of tenant users.

Our extensive real estate background and contacts allow Crossley, Jernigan & Ellison access to multiple U.S. markets.  While Metropolitan Atlanta is our base, we have extensive experience acquiring and disposing of properties throughout the country. Since inception we have been involved in over $2.0 billion of real estate transactions.

Additionally we continuously provide fee based consulting services to financial institutions, family offices, individual owners, and estates on acquisition, disposition, leasing, and management issues.  While our platform of operations is based in the U.S. markets, our services are known from Dubai to Western Europe to the Orient.

CJE has successfully built over 4.0 MSF of office, business park/flex, industrial, and retail space along with the development of over 500 acres in projects and parks in Atlanta.  Accompanying that development has been over $1.0 billion in financing and an additional $600 million in equity capital committed.

In each project CJE has provided construction and building management, and today provides project and asset management to clients on an as needed services basis.
